Future Source Releases
We have two planned release at the moment: Free Empires Source Release 2.5 Mostly Multimedia changes and expansion of the encyclopedia, possibly better Unit Movement and Resource Gathering Free Empires Source Release 3.0 New SDL based Gambas engine will enable more powerful features, such as easier handling of multiple objects. The Future: After that I do not really know. We will see when we reach there.

Some domestic features from 2.0 may not be present in 3.0 as I will be doing serious engine coding. However 4.0 will include those features, in fact I am hoping to make 4.0 include the majority of domestic functions for CaW so I can move on to Enemy AI. 8) Just do not expect speed on these two SRs however do not expect an eons wait for 2.5.
